Our story started in May of 1987
Jeff and L’Anna Jones opened Jones & Associates in May of 1987 with one goal: deliver the kind of customer experience the home-improvement business is famous for not delivering. Four people. One truck. A handful of Lubbock homeowners willing to take a chance on a new outfit.
Thirty-nine years later, that same family business has grown into a 35-person team that does roughly sixteen million dollars a year in roofing, windows, doors, and siding work for homeowners across the South Plains, the Permian Basin, and the Texas Panhandle. We’ve been recognized by Qualified Remodeler magazine as one of the Top 500 contractors in the United States — multiple times. We’ve held a BBB A+ rating since 1988.

Jeff & L’Anna Jones opened Jones & Associates in 1987. Their goal was to build a home improvement company that stressed quality and integrity. That plan has been blessed. Since 2007, Jones & Associates has regularly been named as one of “Qualified Remodelers” Top 500 Contractors in the United States. They have had the privilege of working on over 22,000 South Plains Homes. Jeff and L’Anna have three grown children and 6 grandchildren. They are extremely proud of their children and the outstanding adults they have become. Jeff’s interests include pickleball, hunting, and reading. He plays an active role in church and serves on several community boards. L’Anna’s interests include family time, Meals on Wheels, pickleball, water sports, shopping, and reading. Her favorite role is Nana/Nanny!
Our People
nick jones
Nick is our production manager. He spent his initial time in the field to get an understanding on the best installation practices. He then worked 10+ years working as one of our sales consultants. Nick is a proud Texas Tech alumnus. He is married to Chlo and they have 2 children. His interests include coaching, traveling and serving on local boards.
chlo jones
Chlo Jones is a valuable member of our office staff. She is involved with customers from the first call to completion. She and Nick live in New Home, TX. Go Leopards! She also teaches Pure Barre and loves spending time with her husband and two children.
pete wiebe
Pete Wiebe is our full time service man. Any time that a past job has a service issue, most likely Pete will come to the rescue. Pete is a talented applicator and does an outstanding job in difficult circumstances. Pete is married to Nancy and they have 4 handsome sons. Pete’s interests include riding ATV’s and 4 Wheelers.
randy wright
Randy Wright is a Jones & Associates veteran of over 20 years. He has filled many roles in our company during his career. He is committed to top service and follow up of his customers and is an essential part of our sales team. Randy is married to Shirley and they have 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren. His interests include fishing, sports, and travel.
zac hurley
Zac Hurley is a valuable member of our sales team. He spent his initial time in the field to get an understanding of the best installation practices in the state. Zac graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Ag Economics. His interests include hunting, snowboarding, and spending time with his family.
Joe jordan
Joe Jordan is our lead expeditor and a foundational part of our production department. His primary role is to handle financial documents and to measure and order all custom ordered materials. This is a huge undertaking. He also “consults” in every other part of the business and plays a key role in our entire operation. He has 20+ years experience in new construction and remodeling. Joe is married to Jennifer and they have 4 daughters. He enjoys hunting, fishing, jeeping and other family outings. We are blessed to have Joe on our team!
will gragson
Will Gragson is a valuable member of our sales team. He spent his initial time in the field to get an understanding of the best installation practices. Will graduated from West Texas A&M with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is married to Aries and has three sons. His interests include hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
ginger barbee
Ginger Barbee works as our office manager and holds our organization together. She offers excellent customer service and takes great care of the entire Jones & Associates “crew”. She has been a valuable part of the organization for over 20 years! Ginger is married to Ellis Barbee and they have one son, Brandon. Her interests include spending time with her family and friends, music and fishing.
Mark harrington
Mark Harrington is a valuable member of our sales team. He spent his initial time in the field to get an understanding of the best installation practices. Mark graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in journalism. He is married to Amanda and they have 3 children. His interests include hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and their horses.
eddie trevino
Eddie Trevino is a valuable member of our team who handles building maintenance and customer service. Before Eddie joined us in July 2014, he enjoyed a multi-faceted career in education, building material sales and contracting. He and his wife, Brenda, have three adult sons and two grandsons. His hobbies include playing the guitar and reading.
Stevan Keys
Stevan Keys, better known as “Coach,” serves as our Customer Service Specialist. He spends much of his time on job sites, ensuring every customer is thrilled with their installation experience. Stevan also oversees all deliveries, helping projects stay on schedule and run smoothly.
Outside of work, Stevan enjoys spending time with his wife, Kim, and their adult children. He’s also a passionate sports fan and can often be found cheering on his favorite teams.
Joshua Lane
Joshua Lane is a valued member of our sales team. He began his career with us working alongside our installation crews in the field, where he gained firsthand knowledge of industry-leading installation practices and developed a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional results for our customers.
Outside of work, Joshua enjoys guiding hunts, golfing, coaching his two sons in baseball, and spending quality time with his wife and family.
Amber Morris
Amber Morris is a valued member of our office staff and is often the first friendly voice you hear when calling our office. She plays an important role in helping customers and supporting the day-to-day operations of our team.
Amber and her husband reside in Idalou, Texas. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two adult children and attending concerts with her husband whenever they get the opportunity.
Shayna Stalter
Shayna Stalter is a valued member of our office staff and plays an integral role in the customer experience. From the initial phone call through project completion, Shayna works closely with our customers to ensure their needs are met every step of the way. She also helps care for and support our family of more than 22,000 past customers, building lasting relationships that reflect our commitment to service.
Shayna and her husband reside in Shallowater, Texas, and enjoy spending time with their two adult children. Outside of work, she is passionate about serving her community and leads women’s groups at Church on the Rock.
